Digital Marketing Associate
The Digital Marketing Associate helps bring the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh's mission to life through engaging email, web, and social media campaigns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys combining creativity, analytics, and collaboration to grow audience engagement and strengthen digital performance.
The Digital Marketing Associate supports the planning, creation, and execution of email, website, and social media communications, including organic and paid campaigns. Working closely with marketing leadership, this person serves as a day-to-day digital marketing resource, helping execute campaigns, apply channel best practices, analyze results, and recommend improvements that increase engagement, click-throughs, and conversions.
Essential Job Functions- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- One to three years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on work in email marketing and social media.
- Experience with campaign testing and optimization, including subject lines, creative, calls to action, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to build and update webpages or landing pages, such as in Word Press.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, social media tools, analytics, and digital design applications such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms, basic HTML/CSS, web analytics tools, and experience in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
This position has a competitive hiring range of $42,193 to $60,276 a year, commensurate with experience.
