Job Description:

Responsibilities:
" Lead architecture, design, and delivery of PEGA Smart Investigate solutions for banking clients.
" Implement and customize Smart Investigation for Securities, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
" Drive end-to-end PEGA solution design covering case lifecycle, data modeling, integrations, performance, and security.
" Architect and govern PEGA applications in line with LSA guardrails, best practices, and enterprise standards.
" Design and implement banking integrations, including SWIFT message flows and external financial systems.
" Leverage AI Delivery features to accelerate development and improve solution quality.
" Collaborate with business, compliance, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.
" Own non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.

Required skills:

" 10+ years of experience with PEGA.
" Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) Mandatory.
" Hands-on experience with Smart Investigate, Smart Investigation for Securities.
" Strong understanding of banking fraud, and investigation life cycles.

Experience with SWIFT messaging and banking transaction flows.
" Integration expertise using REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing.
" Ability to apply AI features to improve productivity, quality, and decision outcomes.
