Job DescriptionDesign, build and operate systems and solutions efficiently with an eye to automating and simplifying complex processes. Critical concepts and tools include:
- Strong technical skills working with Eagle Star, Eagle Pace platforms (version 15 or higher) using modules:
- Eagle Message Center
- IWS
- PACE Uploader & Exporters
- Eagle STAR Panels
- PL/SQL (Oracle and MS SQL Server) Expertise
- Familiarity with Database architecture
- Familiarity with data quality control tools and processes
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile software development, Scrum, and user stories
- Knowledge on using repository tools Gitlab or MFS
- Work closely with Business Users/Analysts:
- Gather requirements and analyze solution options.
- Develop solutions and define and execute test plans.
- Define and implement operational procedures.
- Adhering to SDLC standards
- Providing 1st and 2nd level production support.
- Assisting with preparing estimates for design, coding, and testing
- Performing incident management and triage
