Senior Cognos Admin

Job Description:
- Strong administrative and development knowledge of Cognos environment and tools
- Resolving production issues and tickets in the Cognos environment in a timely manner
- Installation and configuration of all suites of Cognos BI products on a multi-server environment
- Install patches and other major updates
- Setup content store database, LDAP configuration and mail exchange server
- Setup of the backups of all Cognos environments
- Administer Cognos user accounts, package, folder, data level security
- Setup audit and samples reporting packages and reports
- Cognos Connection portal page customization
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of servers with performance issues
- Monitor and document each iteration of the project
- Cognos Data Integration
- 6 – 8 years experience
