As an LOB Risk Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Experience with Technology Change Management policies, procedures, processes, and controls. Experience with multiple disciplines of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and the interdependencies of Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management. Experience with Technology Processes, Risks, and Controls. Experience with Process Improvement methods. Not required, but preferred, an ideal candidate would have extensive experience with the Change module of Service Now and certifications in any of the following: ITIL, Tech Risk (ISACA), Cyber Security, AI.

The LOB Risk Lead will be a senior role on the Technology Change Management team, expected to use subject matter expertise to drive adherence to Technology Change Management policies and procedures through regular interaction, observation, and mentorship of technology teams. This role will lead process improvement initiatives, risk management activities, training and communication efforts, and regular discussions with senior and executive technology leaders.
