Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite Only) Long-term Contract (C2C/W2)

We are looking for an experienced Alteryx Developer with solid expertise in Prism and data transformation projects to support our data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Alteryx workflows, data pipelines, and working in business intelligence/reporting ecosystems, preferably within a financial services or healthcare setting.

• Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows, macros, and analytical applications.
• Integrate and transform data from Prism and other enterprise systems for downstream reporting.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop optimized and reusable Alteryx data pipelines for data extraction, cleansing, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide performance tuning.
• Document processes, workflows, and data lineage as part of compliance and governance efforts.
• Support data visualization/reporting teams (Power BI/Tableau preferred) by preparing ready-to-use datasets.

  7+ Years
• 4+ years of experience as an Alteryx Developer
• Strong experience in building complex workflows and data pipelines using Alteryx Designer/Server
• Hands-on experience with Prism (preferably Prism HR, Prism Analytics, or similar platforms)
• Solid knowledge of SQL, data preparation, and data blending techniques
• Experience integrating with data sources such as Excel, CSV, SQL Server, Snowflake, etc.
• Strong understanding of data governance, profiling, and quality concepts

• Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
• Knowledge of Python, R, or Excel VBA scripting in workflows
• Exposure to Agile development methodology and JIRA/Confluence tools
