UX Content Designer

Location:

Pittsburgh, PA/Phoenix, AZ/Columbus, OH - Hybrid

Team Dynamic:

• Collaborative environment with content designers, product owners, and design teams
• Regular interaction with developers and senior leadership/management
• Acts as the face of content review with Legal

Role/Responsibilities:

• Lead content creation and act as subject matter expert within product design
• Partner with designers to apply UX writing to established products
• Identify user problems and craft clear, effective content solutions
• Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent content guidelines and language
• Conduct user research (test plans, interview guides, scripts, analysis)
• Support design process by integrating content strategy
• Partner with product managers on legal, risk, and compliance reviews
• Present and explain content decisions to non-experts

Must Have:

• Copywriting and editing digital content delivery
• Digital copywriting
• Microsoft Office
• Previous familiarity with a regulated industry (legal, compliance, risk) could be healthcare, finance, etc
• UX content design
• UX writing
