UX Content Designer

Position: UX Content Designer (2-4 years)
Title - UX Content Designer

Location
- Pittsburgh, PA/Phoenix, AZ/Columbus, OH - Hybrid

TEAM DYNAMIC:
· Collaborative environment with content designers, product owners, and design teams
· Regular interaction with developers and senior leadership/management
· Acts as the face of content review with Legal

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead content creation and act as subject matter expert within product design
· Partner with designers to apply UX writing to established products
· Identify user problems and craft clear, effective content solutions
· Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent content guidelines and language
· Conduct user research (test plans, interview guides, scripts, analysis)
· Support design process by integrating content strategy
· Partner with product managers on legal, risk, and compliance reviews
· Present and explain content decisions to non-experts
