Adobe Workfront & Fusion Developer
Configure and maintain Adobe Workfront projects, templates, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
Design and implement workflow automations using Adobe Fusion.
Build and support integrations between Workfront and enterprise systems such as Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM platforms, DAM systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document workflow and automation requirements.
Optimize marketing operations processes and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain automated workflows, notifications, approval processes, and task orchestration.
Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and automation issues.
Support user onboarding, training, and operational support activities.
Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
Ensure adherence to governance, security, and enterprise standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of relevant experience in Workfront administration, workflow automation, or enterprise integrations.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale marketing or operational workflows preferred.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration, configuration, workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, and reporting.
3+ years of supporting marketing operations and project management.
5+ years of building and maintaining Adobe Fusion scenarios, workflow automations, and API-based integrations.
5+ years of integrating Workfront with enterprise applications, Adobe platforms, and third-party systems.
5+ years of experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
3+ years of troubleshooting integration and workflow issues.
Familiarity with data mapping, workflow orchestration, and automation best practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions.
Preferred:
Experience in Banking and financial domains, Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, AEM, AJO, and AEP.
