10 is currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Architect
- Onsite for a contract to hire position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA;
Strongsville, OH;
Dallas, TX;
Phoenix, AZ or Lakewood, CO.

This senior-level role collaborates with key business and technology stakeholders to build out the enterprise architecture practice. The primary focus is on business strategy, capabilities, and value streams, aligning them with technology investments to guide transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise to advise executives and prioritize investments.

• Provide subject matter expertise for enterprise architecture, enterprise architecture teams, and clients
• Guide enterprise architecture projects and business relationship management
• Create strategic roadmaps for transitioning to target enterprise future state, in alignment with business and technology goals
• Lead in the implementation of enterprise architecture strategies and best practices to support business objectives
• Provide guidance to enterprise architects on defining technical service capabilities, design attributes, and segment architecture
• Control risks and solve complex issues related to enterprise architecture
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, address stakeholder requirements, and provide client consultations
• Provide enterprise architecture support by directing teams in baseline, target and roadmap development, transition planning, and system and security management
• Assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework

• Hands-on experience executing Data Architecture within a TOGAF or TOGAF-like EA framework
• Strong understanding of baseline/target architecture, gap analysis, and transition planning
• Experience working within formal architecture governance processes
• Ability to translate business needs into data architecture outcomes
• Proven ability to influence decisions without direct authority
• Machine Learning (ML)
• Risk Assessments
• Certifications in DCAM, CDMP, DMC, TOGAF, PMI PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or SAFe are desirable

Pay range: $53.00 - $61.00 per hour
