10 is currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect for a contract to hire position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA;
Strongsville, OH;
Dallas, TX;
Phoenix, AZ or Birmingham, AL.

This role's primary focus is on enterprise Infrastructure and platforms strategy and controls. The ideal candidate will provide subject matter expertise for Infrastructure and Platform architecture, playing a leading role in the vision and development of the company's future technology.

• Define design patterns for the company's common technology architecture structure
• Develop and monitor the organization's technology architecture
• Ensure infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established standards, patterns, policies, and procedures
• Identify and establish best practices for technology architecture, while providing expert advice on core infrastructure initiatives
• Interpret technology requirements, design technology architecture, and drive adoption
• Create strategic roadmaps for transitioning to target enterprise future state, in alignment with business and technology goals
• Control risks and solve complex issues related to enterprise architecture
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and address stakeholder requirements

• University/college degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of industry-relevant experience
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
• Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations
• Strong understanding of Decision Making and Critical Thinking, Emerging Technologies, and Enterprise IT Architecture
• Familiarity with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) or equivalent enterprise architecture experience
• Ability to translate business needs into data architecture outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Machine Learning (ML), and Risk Assessments
• Hands-on experience executing Security Architecture within a TOGAF or similar framework
• Strong understanding of baseline/target architecture, gap analysis, and transition planning
• Experience working within formal architecture governance processes

  AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP, CISSP, CISM, CCSP

Pay range: $53.00 - $61.00 per hour
