Quality Assurance Analyst

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves participating in the full quality assurance lifecycle, ensuring that all software products meet rigorous company standards and client requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for code inspections, creating and executing test plans, and collaborating with development teams on test results.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the quality assurance process, following procedures to ensure all software products and components meet company standards and client requirements
• Perform code inspections, walk-throughs, design, and test-readiness reviews
• Review software and project documentation for completeness and adherence to standards
• Plan, execute, and summarize reliability and validation test cases
• Interface with developers on test results
• Assist in audits and reviews
• Write and execute test plans and cases for testing of software

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience leading quality assurance projects/programs
• Experience with Test Case Development and Software Testing
• Strong Analytical Thinking skills

Pay range: $39.74 - $47.74 per hour
