* The Senior Director Business Solutions Manager - Private & Commercial Banking is the executive technology leader responsible for defining, governing, and executing the technology strategy, product portfolio, and business solutions roadmap supporting Private Banking, Commercial Banking, and related banking capabilities.

This role serves as the primary strategic partner to senior business executives and is accountable for aligning technology investments with enterprise objectives, driving measurable business outcomes, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and innovative solutions. The Senior Director provides leadership across Application Managers, product and delivery teams, technology partners, and vendors while fostering a high-performing organization focused on client experience, operational excellence, risk management, and growth.

* + Own the multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for Private Bank and Commercial Bank capabilities.

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to executive business leaders and influence strategic direction, investment decisions, and prioritization.

+ Develop and maintain a portfolio strategy balancing growth, operational efficiency, risk reduction, client experience, and regulatory requirements.

+ Drive enterprise-wide modernization initiatives and technology transformation programs.

+ Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.

+ Strong knowledge of Private Banking, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Deposits, Lending, and related financial services domains preferred.

+ Proven experience leading digital transformation, application modernization, and organizational change initiatives.

+ Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions and leveraging automation to improve business and technology outcomes.
