Bus Analytics Mgr Sr

As a Business Analytics Senior Manager within PNC's Technology Risk organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Strongsville, OH.

As a Business Analytics Sr. Manager will have the following responsibilities:

- Leading a team of analysts and managing complex business analytics initiatives.

- Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled insights to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends that support strategic decision-making.

- Partner with business, technology, and risk leaders to translate strategic objectives into analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision quality and operational effectiveness..

- Establishing performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks

- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Overseeing data quality, governance, and analytics best practices.

Managing project priorities, stakeholder communication, and analyst development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

- Advanced experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

- Experience leading machine learning, predictive analytics, or data science initiatives.

- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, and AI-assisted decision-support tools.

- Experience developing analytics products that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, and Responsible AI principles.

- Experience partnering with technology organizations to implement analytics and AI solutions at scale.

- Strong leadership and people-management experience.

- Experience influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

- Lead the evaluation, development, and adoption of emerging analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve risk management, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
