As a Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

We are seeking a Business Analytics Consultant to join the Retail Lending Reporting and Analytics organization supporting one of the largest and most active analytics sites  team builds and maintains the end to end data pipeline that powers critical Tableau dashboards, a custom JavaScript/HTML reporting portal, and a broad suite of analytics used across Retail Lending business lines.

You will play a key role in supporting our reporting capabilities, while growing your analytics and data visualization skills on one of the best data and dashboarding teams at PNC.  Be part of a team maximizing loan sales from digital, branch, and care center sales channels and providing executive and product managers decision making and business influencing products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports to support business monitoring and performance tracking.

Perform data analysis, data integrity testing, and regression checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

Support ad hoc analytical requests and projects by partnering with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Gather, document, and track business requirements to support project implementation and reporting enhancements.

Work with data from multiple lending systems to understand business processes and reporting requirements.

Identify data quality issues and collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.

** Job Description*
* + Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit to create data driven solutions.

+ Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.

+ Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.

+ Providing business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.

+ Consulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.
