Help Desk/IT Support Technician
The A.C. Coy Company is currently hiring for a help desk/IT support technician.
Location:
Onsite
- West of Pittsburgh, PA
Job Type: Contract
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot tickets
- Work closely with the escalation team and project managers to resolve tickets
- Must be detail oriented
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree in business, MIS or IT preferred; HS diploma with equivalent experience required
- 2-3 years' experience as a help desk/IT support technician
- Demonstrated experience in client support and direct client communications
- Ability to establish and maintain positive customer service
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
