Business Systems Analyst Consultant

As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL, Strongsville, OH, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX.

What we are looking for:

  • Business Systems Analysis & Solution Alignment
  • Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints.
  • Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Communicate effectively across both sales-focused and process-focused groups, tailoring messaging to audience needs.
