Data Analyst
This role involves providing routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions within an operational environment. The position requires working on analytics and reporting to enhance and automate transaction processing systems, advising teams to ensure timely service delivery, and participating in system testing and system enhancements for high-value transactions. The goal is to support efficient back-office operations with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Perform both routine and non-routine client service tasks and transactional support functions.
- Deliver analytics and reporting services, aiming to improve and automate transaction processing.
- Advise organizational units or teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of issues.
- Participate in product development, system testing, and process enhancements to ensure accurate handling of high-value transactions.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-3 years of work experience preferred.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and portals without requiring specific IT or systems knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload independently.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience in brokerage processing.
- Prior loan operations experience within a financial services environment.
- Relevant local or regional licenses or certifications as required.
- Experience with Excel functions such as filtering, sorting, and formulas.
- Interest in utilizing and implementing AI in daily responsibilities.
- Recent college graduates with 0-2 years of experience are considered suitable candidates.
