As Site Reliability Engineer within PNC's technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA

- Birmingham, AL or Phoenix, AZ. The shift schedule for this role is Sunday-Thursday 7AM-3:30PM EST.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to server patching, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance activities.
- Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments across enterprise production and non-production platforms.
- Troubleshoot operating system, performance, configuration, and service-related issues to maintain platform stability.
- Provide incident response support, perform root cause analysis, and restore services during production outages.
- Monitor infrastructure health, respond to alerts, and proactively identify operational risks.
- Support VMware-hosted Windows servers and related virtual infrastructure technologies.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency;
Power Shell scripting experience is a plus. - Participate in change management, disaster recovery testing, and resiliency initiatives to ensure service continuity.
