Manager of People Analytics

Sheetz is seeking a Manager of People Analytics to turn workforce data into insights that power smarter decisions across our fast-paced retail, food service, and fuel operations. In this role, you will lead the people analytics roadmap, integrating HR and operational data to improve hiring, scheduling, retention, and performance. You will build dashboards and reports for leaders, forecast staffing and turnover, and measure the impact of talent and DEI initiatives.

Partnering closely with HR, Operations, and Finance, you will translate complex analysis into clear, action-oriented recommendations that support Sheetz's customer-obsessed, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of people analytics strategy for Sheetz retail operations
• Collect, integrate, and analyze HR, workforce, and operational data to generate insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics for HR and business leaders
• Partner with HR, Operations, and Finance to define KPIs and measure talent initiatives
• Use statistical methods to forecast staffing, turnover, and labor needs
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion measurement and reporting
• Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance with privacy standards
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, actionable formats
• Manage or mentor analysts and coordinate cross-functional data projects
• Evaluate and implement analytics tools, automation, and best practices
