Job Type: Contract
Good exposure on Service Now AI platform, Now Assist, AI Control Tower, Moveworks AI Assistant, Predictive intelligence and workflow data fabric.
Identify and prioritize AI / agentic use cases across service desk, application, and infrastructure operations.
Define architecture and decision framework for:
Now Assist vs Predictive Intelligence vs Moveworks.
Design integrated Service Now + Moveworks solutions for conversational AI and workflow execution.
Drive implementation of: AI-assisted and autonomous workflows, Knowledge generation, triage, and resolution automation.
Establish AI operating model and governance (intake, lifecycle, risk, compliance, support).
