Lead large, complex technology and business initiatives from planning through implementation.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
Lead cross-functional teams across 30–60 product areas.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders and provide executive-level communication.
Drive business readiness, operational transition, training, and implementation.
Influence stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure accountability for outcomes.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies.
RequiredBachelor's degree.
7+ years of project management experience.
Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to lead as a Program Manager while grounded in Project Management discipline.
Outstanding soft skills and communication are critical.
PreferredHealthcare/health insurance experience.
, Planview, or Oracle ERP Resource & Financial experience.
Open Enrollment (OEP/AEP) readiness planning.
Commercial and Government health insurance product implementation experience.
