Role
Digital Strategy Partner within the DSCS (Development Sciences and Clinical Supply) Business Technology team, focusing on aligning IT initiatives with business objectives to enable innovation and improve workflows in CMC and clinical supply functions.
Responsibilities- contribute to strategic planning
- develop digital roadmaps
- foster digital mindset adoption
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to execute projects
- enhance user experience through technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, biology, chemistry, or related field
- strong relationship-building skills
- understanding of CMC business workflows, GMP, and IT architecture
- experience in digital transformation, business analysis, and process improvements
involves digital enablement across analytical, drug substance, drug product, and clinical supply areas; supports capital projects; emphasizing collaboration with R&D and manufacturing.
Work Setuphybrid model with 10% travel; based in the US, with a focus on fostering digital capabilities and innovation in biopharma development and manufacturing processes.
