Role

Lead digital performance analytics and media strategy for Incyte's Hematology/Oncology and Inflammation & Autoimmunity units, driving data-driven customer engagement and marketing optimization.

• develop and execute enterprise-wide measurement frameworks, KPIs, and advanced analytics (including attribution, MMM, customer journey, and predictive modeling)
• craft omnichannel media strategies aligned with therapeutic and commercial objectives
• oversee campaign performance optimization and insights generation
• build and mentor a high-performing analytics team
• collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, BI, medical, IT, agency partners, and stakeholders to ensure data quality, transparency, and strategic impact

• Bachelor's in marketing, analytics, or related field
• 10+ years in digital marketing, performance analytics, or media optimization, preferably within pharma/healthcare
• expertise in digital measurement methodologies, platforms like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Datorama
• strong understanding of HCP and DTC digital engagement channels
• proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
