Role:
Senior Specialist, IT within the Regulatory Document Lifecycle Management (RDLM) Product Team, supporting digital capabilities for Regulatory Operations in a regulated life sciences environment.
Responsibilities: collaborate with stakeholders, analyze and document business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, support product roadmap execution, and identify process improvements related to regulatory lifecycle and document management, especially Veeva RIM capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; at least 5 years’ experience in product/business analysis, preferably in life sciences or healthcare; familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies; excellent communication skills.
Preferred: hands-on experience with Veeva RIM, regulatory lifecycle processes, GxP compliance, and JIRA use; certifications in project management, Agile, or Veeva are advantageous.
High-Value: focus on regulatory information management systems within pharmaceutical or biotech companies, supporting GxP-compliant processes, with emphasis on data flows, regulatory submissions, and lifecycle management.
Work setup: hybrid remote, with no travel specified.
