What You'll Own

* Lead the flow:
Manage supply for key MPG categories and maintain inventory targets across Canada and the U.S.

* Analyze and optimize:
Use SAP and O9 tools to validate data, run analytics, and improve processes.

* Collaborate across functions:
Work with Sales, CSR, Transportation, and Plant teams to align demand and capacity.

* Drive continuous improvement:
Log bugs and user stories to enhance tools and create better experiences for our teams.

* Communicate with impact:
Keep stakeholders informed on critical updates like Q4 delay notifications.

What Sets You Up for Success

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* SAP expertise and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other key tools.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Experience in planning and process improvement; intercultural collaboration is a plus.

Your Background

* 5+ years of relevant experience.

* High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
