Warehouse Operator 2nd shift

Main Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, inspection, put away, storage, picking, material movement) in compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Verify inbound shipments against freight and packing documentation; identify and resolve discrepancies (OS&D).
• Process all receipts and transactions in S4 HANNA (batch, non-batch, quality-managed, and imported materials).
• Maintain accurate inventory control from receipt through delivery (Goods Issues, Bin-to-Bin transfers, cycle counts) and meet corporate inventory accuracy standards.
• Coordinate timely order fulfillment and communicate with Production, Planning, end users, and vendors.
• Manage disposal activities (Material Disposal Orders) and hazardous waste documentation; ensure safe handling and storage of regulated materials.
• Support administrative reporting and logistics coordination; maintain required equipment certifications; complete all training, safety, and compliance requirements.

• High School Diploma/GED required (college/post-HS studies encouraged).

• At least 2 years in warehouse/shipping/manufacturing, preferably pharmaceuticals, with proven quality and safety performance.

• Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with multiple partners.
• Proactively seeks to learn and take on stretch assignments.

• Proficiency with ERP/WMS/TMS; experience with MS Office; material handling equipment experience (must be re-certified by Sanofi).

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Ability to pass required medical and background screenings.

• Fluent in English (native speaker in the site’s language).
