Warehouse & Inventory Manager

Illume is looking for a highly organized Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead our production logistics in Pittsburgh. This role is the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our high‑end lighting, décor, and AV equipment are prepped, maintained, and ready for flawless execution.

• Oversee the organization, maintenance, and tracking of all event production inventory.
• Manage the prep and strike process for multiple concurrent high‑profile events.
• Coordinate equipment logistics, including loading/unloading trucks and scheduling deliveries.
• Perform regular quality control checks and minor repairs on lighting and AV gear.
• Implement and manage inventory software systems to ensure real‑time accuracy.

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the event or theatrical industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of event equipment (lighting, sound, rigging, and décor).
• Expertise in inventory management software and logistics planning.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with extreme attention to detail.
