• Oversee all aspects of logistics and supply chain management, including inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise logistical procedures and reduce operational costs.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is sufficient to meet customer demand while minimising waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and couriers to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Analyse data and performance metrics to identify and resolve any issues within the supply chain.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with health and safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, stock, and logistics-related activities.
• Liaise with other departments, including production and sales, to ensure a seamless operational workflow.

• Proven experience in a logistics management or supply chain role.
• A thorough understanding of warehousing, inventory control, and transportation processes.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable.
• Experience with in the manufacturing or promotional products industry would be a distinct advantage.
