LHH is partnering with a growing company near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to hire a Logistics Coordinator on a contract-to-hire basis. • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers regarding shipment status and logistics needs
• Track shipments and resolve transportation issues in a timely manner
• Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation
• Monitor inventory movement and assist with supply chain coordination
• Update shipment information in company systems and maintain accurate records
• Research and resolve delivery discrepancies and customer concerns
• Support the logistics and operations team with additional administrative duties as needed

• Previous logistics, transportation, customer service, or supply chain experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with ERP or transportation management systems is a plus
