Supply Chain Manager

You'll provide strategic leadership of end-to-end supply chain operations while contributing to our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

You'll guide cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, enhance customer service levels, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across our network. Working collaboratively with Commercial, Operations, Finance and other key stakeholders, you'll develop and execute supply chain strategies that balance service excellence with operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovation and transformation while developing your career at a life sciences company known for integrity, innovation and involvement.

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in supply chain management

• Preferred Fields of Study:
Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Professional certifications preferred (APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma)

• 3+ years of people leadership and team development experience

• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills

• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP

• Experience implementing continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

• Strong project management and change management capabilities

• Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals or regulated industries preferred

• Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs for service levels, inventory, and cost optimization

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal/external partners

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to execute effectively in a dynamic environment

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems

• Willingness to travel up to 10-15% as needed
