As a Floor Technician Facility Support team member, you'll play a key role in keeping our community running smoothly. From maintaining spotless floors to ensuring event spaces are properly set up, your work will directly contribute to the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of those who call Providence Point, a Baptist Senior Family Community home. If you enjoy hands-on tasks, problem-solving, and creating a clean and welcoming space, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:

• Maintain Floors & Walking Surfaces - Clean, sanitize, mop, and buff all flooring in resident rooms, hallways, lounges, dining areas, and medical spaces.
• Operate Specialized Equipment - Use floor machines, buffers, carpet extractors, and vacuums to ensure all surfaces are properly maintained.
• Event Setup & Takedown - Arrange tables, chairs, and equipment for events and classes, ensuring smooth transitions for community activities.
• Trash Removal & Facility Upkeep - Ensure timely removal of waste and maintain an orderly environment.
• Snow & Safety Support - Assist with snow removal to keep walkways and entrances clear and safe.
• Collaborate & Cross-Train - Support laundry and housekeeping teams as needed to ensure seamless facility operations.

Requirements

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 11:00pm-7:00am-perfect for balancing your career with life's other joys!
