Weekend 2nd Shift Supervisor Frackville, PA

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Day Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Frackville, PA
.

Freight Breakers provides managed labor services supporting warehouse, distribution center, and cross-dock operations. Based in North Carolina, we operate from Pennsylvania to Texas, offering onsite leadership and a production-minded labor force to deliver site-centric solutions for manual processes.

• Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• Oversee all account operations, including customer relations, supervisor support, labor control, quality assurance, and safety.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through on-floor coaching and formal evaluations, ensuring stability and retention.
• Maintain effective communication with management personnel (internal and external support).
• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met in compliance with customer and company expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.
• Achieve standards and goals aligned with customer KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures by associates.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and detail-oriented.
• Proactive leadership skills to manage supervisors, leads, and associates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience managing multiple shifts preferred.
• Multi-site management experience a plus.
• Previous 3PL operational experience a plus.
• Bilingual communication skills a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Attendance is mandatory.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Benefits include 401(k), matching, dental, health, life, paid time off, and vision insurance.
• Schedule includes 12-hour night shifts, overtime, and weekdays only.
