Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Strong Spas. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure that our manufacturing processes align with our mission of delivering high-quality products. This position is crucial for maintaining our competitive edge in the spa industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee profit and loss statements to drive financial performance and accountability.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supervisors to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Coordinate project management efforts to streamline processes and improve output.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align production with market demand.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and project management.
  • Solid understanding of profit and loss management and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Experience in business development is a plus.
