Preferred Experience s/Skillset:
  • Ability to use power equipment (ATLV, Bill Goat, Gator, Pressure washer, etc.)
  • Ability to use handheld power tools (blowers/sprayers)
  • Ability to drive a pick-up truck in urban spaces
Required Experiences/Skillset:
  • Supervisory/Managerial experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms in the English language
  • Ability to train others
  • Comfortable with directing personnel
Shift Specifics:
  • Weekend availability REQUIRED
  • Mon., Tues., Wed., Sat., and Sun. from 4:00am to 12:30pm
We're looking for someone with strong leadership and customer service skills, executive-level budgeting skills, and most of all, a great work ethic. This leader will wear many different hats and have to be able to work quickly to solve problems. We need an independent thinker and someone who can maintain a great culture for our Ambassadors, as well as the clients we serve.

Specific daily responsibilities of the Shift Supervisor may include:
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection of candidates. Onboarding and training of all new Ambassadors. Create a culture that would make everyone want to join your team!
  • Continual adjustments to the deployment of resources to match changing needs. This includes resources of the "human kind." Basically, redeploy according to daily needs.
  • Continual problem identification and solving to improve the quality of the program. Problem-solving is a very big part of what we do. (We need an innovator to lead our team.)
  • Purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Reporting outcomes through a variety of reporting channels (This means spreadsheets, Kronos, Timekeeping, Budgets...you get the idea.)
  • Hands-on working manager in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training on standard policies and procedures.

  • You like a varied work schedule. Event support is a must, and the Operations Supervisor will need to lead the team during event seasons.

  • If you are inflexible and can't work outside of an M-F 9-5 position when necessary
