We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, OPS Control Manager to join our Controls Hub team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Through subordinate managers, identify, analyze, monitor and minimize business risks, ensuring proper control policies and procedures are in place
  • Manage multiple teams responsible for control testing and reporting on control standards
  • Develop training on policies and procedures concerning controls and risk management
  • Monitor results on key risks, errors/near misses, reconciliations and root cause analyses, analyzing and determining appropriate management intervention

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of total work experience with 1-3 years of management experience preferred
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred
  • Proven ability to manage large or specialized teams of Control professionals or multiple teams, including matrixed and geographically dispersed teams
  • Demonstrated skills in recruiting, directing, motivating and developing staff to maximize individual and team contributions

Manages complex projects that involve working with businesses to improve controls to mitigate any deficiencies. Ensures controls meet regulatory and organization standards.
