Accounts Receiveable & Credit Supervisor

We're partnering with a well-established organization to identify an experienced Credit Manager to lead its Accounts Receivable and Credit team.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching a team, and has a strong background in credit, collections, accounts receivable, and cash application. You'll work closely with operations, sales, and executive leadership to ensure healthy cash flow while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of three Accounts Receivable professionals.
• Oversee credit, collections, cash application, and customer account management.
• Monitor AR aging and drive collection strategies to improve cash flow.
• Review and approve credit decisions, payment arrangements, and account holds.
• Manage bad debt, write-offs, bankruptcies, and escalated customer issues.
• Oversee new customer credit applications and account setup.
• Ensure accurate daily cash posting, reconciliations, and account adjustments.
• Maintain sales tax compliance and support internal controls.
• Prepare AR reports and provide insights to leadership.
• Partner with sales, operations, and branch teams to resolve customer account issues and improve processes. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall department efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, or Collections.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience managing an accounting or AR team.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, collections strategies, cash application, and customer account management.
