Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Burlington -  - Responsibilities:
Direct management and oversight of store leadership and associates to implement company policies, standards, expectations and initiatives;
Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget including review of all associated reporting and record-keeping;
Recruit, screen, and hire associates; facilitate onboarding and training and provide ongoing coaching;
Partner with merchandising and operations teams to coordinate merchandise placement, sales promotions, and inventory accuracy;
Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and ensure excellent customer service and a high standard of store operations
