They manage daily workflows, coach and mentor team members, resolve complex client escalations, and ensure performance and service goals are met.
- Guide day-to-day operations for personal lines insurance service or sales.
- Mentor, train, and motivate team members to boost performance.
- Serve as the main escalation point for complex client issues and carrier relations.
- Drive quality assurance and compliance with company policies
Must have Pennsylvania P&C Licensure AMS
360 a plus.
