Your Role, Your Impact

• Drive scalable V&V strategies for large rail projects, ensuring robust system performance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and quality teams to achieve seamless integration.
• Establish and maintain rigorous reliability standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Champion innovation by implementing new testing methodologies and digital tools.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the V&V team and across departments.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in verification, validation, or quality management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in V&V processes, safety-critical systems, and rail industry standards.
• Strong understanding of system engineering, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills, with a focus on mentoring and driving results.
