We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 3C to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at Washington Rd in Canonsburg.

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operation to ensure a productive, customer-focused, positive, and team-oriented environment. As a Liquor Store General Manager 3C, you will perform the following duties:
- Store Leadership: Guide daily operations to maintain exceptional customer service and business performance
- Team Development: Provide direction, training, and feedback to help maintain and support a high-performing staff
- Sales Support: Drive sales by managing inventory tasks, collaborating with broader management to develop and implement strategies, and providing expert assistance to customers
- Safety Standards: Keep the store is kept clean, safe, organized, and welcoming for staff and customers
- Record Managements: Handle cash processes, maintain accurate operational records according to policies and procedures
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all store activities follow relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to alcohol sales

- Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly.

- One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 3B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);
or - Two years as a Liquor Store General Manager 3A (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);
or - Three years as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);
or - Four years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration);
or - Seven years of supervisory retail sales work.

- You must pass a background investigation.
