Global Procurement Category Lead Engineering and Construction

Role:
Lead global Category Management teams within CSL, overseeing strategy development and execution across procurement categories to optimize value, reduce costs, and manage risks.

• develop and implement global category strategies aligned with corporate goals;
• lead complex sourcing, bid activities, and transformational projects;
• establish and manage supplier relationships, conduct negotiations, and ensure compliance with policies;
• monitor supply performance via KPIs;
• foster talent development;
• manage internal and external stakeholder relationships;
• drive innovation through global projects;
• and ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and risk management standards.

• Master’s degree (Engineering preferred, MBA highly regarded), minimum 12 years in strategic sourcing or related fields, with at least 2 years of senior leadership experience managing global teams.

• extensive experience in strategic procurement, supplier relationship management, and global team leadership;
• knowledge of A&E/EPC/CQV categories;
• familiarity with pharmaceutical or related industries is advantageous.

• Work setup involves domestic (10-30%) and international (10-20%) travel, depending on location.
