My client, a Mid-Sze Global Pharma company that is growing, is seeking a "Senior Director, Forecasting" Professional! In this role you will provide strategic leadership across the US Commercial organization. This is a highly visible opportunity to lead forecasting, analytics and market insights across inline, pre-launch, and late-stage products while partnering closely with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Sales Operations, Advanced Analytics, and Global teams.
Keyresponsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Market Insights & Forecasting team
- Oversee short- and long-term sales forecasting and quantitative modeling
- Drive market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and brand strategy
- Translate complex market and performance data into actionable commercial recommendations
- Partner with senior leadership and present insights to Executive-level stakeholders
- Support product lifecycle planning, launch strategy, and promotional optimization
- Manage external research partners and resources
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech.
- Experience leading forecasting analytics/insights teams
- Presenting to senior executives is essential
- Familiar with data sources-prescription and medical claims, IQVIA data sets
- Excellent influencing skills
- Experience with product lifecycle planning and launch experience
