You will be responsible for supporting and improving automated manufacturing work cells, troubleshooting equipment, optimizing processes, and contributing to daily production requirements.

The Role:

• Set up, operate, and optimize robotic and automated equipment in production work cells
• Support equipment programming, maintenance, adjustments, and repairs as needed
• Work with engineering to execute daily work plans and production priorities
• Perform hands-on tasks including equipment prep, tooling setup, and material handling

The Candidate:

• Strong hands-on skills with robotics, automation, and mechanical/electrical systems
• Solid communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a technical, hands-on, production-focused environment
