Job Responsibilities
  • Visually inspect assembly and assembled parts.
  • Use drawings, tools, and other equipment to meet specifications.
  • Handle large and small parts effectively.
  • Build and install a wide range of mechanical assemblies, components, and sub‑assemblies.
  • Follow assembly drawings, blueprints, and supporting documentation with minimal supervision.
  • Use various tools and equipment safely.
  • Process machines safely with little direction.
  • Accurately use measuring instruments and interpret basic geometric dimensioning and tolerances.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical problems during start‑up with minimal support.
  • Continuously work to improve processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or maintenance experience.
  • Computer literate and able to read and speak English fluently.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity and motor coordination.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety.
  • Team oriented and customer focused in the medical device industry.
Other Useful

Skills And Abilities
  • Communicate appropriate with departments and internal customers with minimal direction.
  • Basic math skills to convert units of measure.
  • Basic computer skills using Word and Excel.
Physical Demands

The employee regularly stands, walks, uses hands to handle parts, and reaches with arms. The employee must lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Work Environment

The work environment includes moving mechanical parts, occasional exposure to high places, fumes or airborne particles, chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. Noise level is usually moderate.
