• Perform general shop labor such as cleaning equipment, sweeping floors, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment
• Assist multiple departments as needed to support production
• Operate shop tools including saws, drills, grinders, and rolling equipment
• Run and assist with various machines after training
  
  Support the bellows forming process by handling materials, tightening hardware, and using hand tools
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Pitch in where needed and be a reliable team player

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing or shop experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with coworkers and supervisors

• Regular lifting up to 60 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 90 lbs.
• Frequent standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions
• Industrial environment with exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and heavy equipment

• Competitive starting pay up to $20/hour based on experience
