Machine Operator II – Precision Manufacturing Specialist (Allentown, PA)

Step into a vital role as a Machine Operator II at our Allentown, PA manufacturing facility. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the production of high-quality components using advanced CNC, EDM, and ECM machinery. As a key player on our team, you’ll take ownership of safety, compliance, quality, and productivity while applying your machining expertise to deliver precision results on metal castings, forgings, and bar stock.

Whether you prefer the early morning, afternoon, or overnight shift, your skills will drive excellence in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Proficient in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC, EDM, and/or ECM machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings accurately.
• Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to install tooling and work holding devices correctly.
• Capable of lifting and handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Commitment to maintaining safety, quality standards, and productivity goals.
• U.S. Person status as required by export control regulations (proof will be requested).

• Experience with computerized shop floor tools and data systems.
• Proven ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions across multiple assembly tasks.
• A team-oriented mindset with a positive approach to collaboration.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in operating EDM, CNC, ECM machines, or tooling production.

• Flexibility to work overtime, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Candidates must specify their preferred shift (1st: 6AM-2PM, 2nd: 2PM-10PM, or 3rd: 10PM-6AM) on their application.
