All Tek is partnering with a local client to find an exceptional Manufacturing Manager to lead their U.S. production operations. Manufacturing Manager – In Office Only Are you a seasoned manufacturing leader passionate about operational excellence and team development? Our client, a prominent organization in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Manager to oversee all production activities, including CNC machining, welding, fabrication, and cleanroom manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, machinists, welders, and technicians.
• Manage manufacturing operations, budgets, and resource planning effectively.
• Drive production efficiency, on-time delivery, and quality assurance.
• Champion safety standards, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance across all manufacturing areas and resolve production issues using data-driven problem solving.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (manager, plant manager, or similar).
• Strong background in Lean manufacturing, 6S, CAPA, and process improvements.
• Proven track record of enhancing productivity, quality, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to develop talent and drive accountability within teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Extensive experience in CNC machining and/or welding/fabrication.
• Exposure to job shop or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments.
• Background in cleanroom manufacturing or precision components.
• Manufacturing finance or cost control expertise.
• Experience working in a global or multi-site setting.

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience managing production in cleanroom or high-precision environments preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA (In Office Only).
• No Visa Sponsorship available.
