CNC Programmer & Machinist
Reporting to Shop Foreman, the CNC Programmer & Machinist ensures proper functioning of CNC equipment and supporting Mastercam program. Provides full range of support to quality assurance, product implementation, problem troubleshooting, and safety.
Role and Responsibilities· 2D CNC programming Mastercam 2025 is a must; good understanding of Axyz CNC router machining.
· Set up, test and adjust machines to produce high quality parts efficiently.
· Monitor and improve product quality/ Assure quality (cut, sizing, etc.) for any product during and after production. Ensure all products meet our standards.
· Familiar with working in the metric and English measurement systems.
· Cut various types of sheet materials like plastics, HPL, aluminum.
· Work with the HQ technical team on product implementation, and troubleshooting
· Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings.
· Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting.
· Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
· Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.

· Computer skills, technical skills, attention to detail, mechanical skills, precision, engineering skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both internal and external
· Capacity to work independently from general supervision (must be self-motivated once given direction/guidance)
· Ability to read and interpret assembly and component drawings and engineering specifications
· Rapid problem-solving skills
· High attention to detail
· MS Office
