🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Complying with company policy

Material Handling/Movement Welding

This is hands-on, high-skill welding - not light fabrication or bench work.

✅ What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience welding (ASME code welding is preferred)
High school diploma or GED is required (Associates degree is preferred)
Ability to pass on-site weld qualification testing

Ability to read basic instructions and drawings

Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation

Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment

Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset

🕒 Schedule

Monday–Friday:
Day and afternoon shift rotation (details reviewed during interview)
Overtime opportunities based on business needs

💰 Pay & Benefits

Starting at $23.07/hour with a structured wage progression program that provides opportunities for scheduled pay increases.Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour for qualifying shiftsRetention Bonus: $500 after successfully completing 9 months of employmentExcellent benefits starting Day 1, including:
